Fifty-four diamonds blend a mix of old mine cuts with rose cuts on the lower tier.
Most likely, the center was converted from a Victorian brooch and flawlessly done to pass our exact standards.
An 18k gold divided shank with curvilinear designs was added along with supporting struts underneath.
