In 18k yellow gold, two opposing fish cavort and swim in a "sea" of plique a jour enamel. Long known as one the most difficult of the enamel techniques, plique a jour is the one you know that is likened to stained glass. For held up to a light source, you can see through it.

Here ocean aqua shades, ultramarine, and pale blue hues transition seamlessly from one to the other. Each fish has a ruby eye and there are five petite diamonds set within the gold waves.

The original, decorative bale also has a tiny diamond. Handcrafted, with exceptional quality, while these are still made, they are difficult to obtain and are only produced in limited quantities. You will find this one well priced!
