Antique 1907 Sapphire & Diamond Vintage Ring - Elegant Edwardian Jewelry for Weddings, Anniversaries & Special Occasions

Lining up for the performance are three natural lively blue sapphires with diamond accent placed into 18k yellow gold.

Made in the year 1907 in England, it was that very same that the Cullinan Diamond was presented to King Edward VII for his 66th birthday; the first metered taxi cabs started in London; and the Lusitania took her maiden voyage.

Oval in shape, the sapphires are both royal blue in color, and yet retain subtle highlights and are never inky or too dark in color. They total a weight of 1.35 carats (.65 carats, and each at .35 carats).

Six shimmering old, chunky single cut diamonds of .12 carats in total lie between the sapphires in rich yellow gold.

English hallmarks clearly tell us this Edwardian ring was made in Chester in the year 1907.
