18K Gold Scorpio Zodiac Charm Pendant Necklace - Elegant French Jewelry for Birthdays, Gifts & Astrology Lovers

Charles Perroud, a French goldsmith and designer, created this charm-sized pendant in 18k yellow gold around the time of the 1940s. 

Its central theme is the zodiac sign of Scorpio with its raised scorpion, the glyph for the sign, and also the date range, 24 X - 22 XI for the 4th of the 10th month, or October 4th, to the 22th of November. 

An artful raised decorative border enhances the beautifully detailed charm. Vintage in date, the back was hand-engraved in script with the name Yvonne.
