The front of this Art Nouveau locket is textured and slightly concave. A butterfly motif is encrusted with multicolored paste (glass) stones. The hues range from white or clear, to orange, red, blue, green, and black for the wing tips.

Above are depicted three flowers, the center of each holds more clear pastes.

It opens to reveal two compartments. While the frames are long gone, they have a lip to hold photos.

On the back, fancy engraved script initials read, TA.

Even better, a gold-filled rolo chain of 36" still retains the original dog clip and looks like the real deal.
